5. Payments
5.1 The Services can be purchased through the Website through various methods of payment offered. All prices are in Indian rupees.
5.2 You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us. You agree to bear all applicable taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, cesses, etc., wherever applicable.
5.3 Though the Company has undertaken utmost care to provide a secure payment system, the Users must acknowledge that all online payment systems are susceptible to hacking, virus attacks, and malfunction.
5.4 Any information entered by the User when transacting on the Website is encrypted to protect the User against unintentional disclosure to third parties. The User’s credit and debit card information is supplied by the User directly to the relevant payment gateway, which is authorized to handle the information provided and is compliant with the regulations under Indian Law.
5.5 The credit/debit card information provided by the User will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation, or court order.
5.6 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurred to the User arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction malfunction, errors, and/or unscrupulous activities.
5.7 Customers can opt for the COD facility for those items only that are available for purchase with COD as a payment option. Rs. 50 will be charged extra per order in case of COD.

6.1 We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call, social media page, or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication.
6.2 For contractual purposes, you hereby expressly consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional, and/or commercial messages) from us concerning Your use of the Website and/or Your order placed on the Website.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 There is no cancellation or refund on any order placed through the Website.
